I had quite a disappointing stay at Hotel O Hotel Orchard Inn. While the location near the jetty was a plus, my overall experience was overshadowed by poor service and hotel conditions. The staff were rude, and there seemed to be a lack of organization that made my check-in very frustrating. The internet connection was unreliable too, which made it difficult to get work done during my stay. 🏨😞
